On 21 May 2023, Amy, Elise and I will once again be walking in the annual Walk to D'Feet MND to increase awareness of the impacts of MND. As most of you know, MND took away my Dad's ability to move, speak, and swallow. It's been over 10 years now since he's been around to "fix" his cars, do blacksmithing, enjoy a trip away with Helen or watch his grandkids grow. The girls and I always proudly walking in his memory and we are usually surrounded by family and friends on what is always a special day for us. If you can spare some money to sponsor me it will help support families impacted by this disease. When my Dad was unwell with MND, he and Helen were able to access support at MND Qld. MND Qld provides services such as occupational therapy, speech pathology, equipment, advisory support and more.
