1. Reach out to us via our helpline service

MND can be very different from other progressive neurological disorders (such as MS) so it’s important you are able to access specialist MND advice and information as you learn about MND.

A helpful early step is to reach out to our friendly and understanding team.

We provide a helpline telephone service for anyone wanting to know more about MND including people with a diagnosis, family members and carers.
