2023 Winter Appeal

Please donate to our appeal and help us continue to provide quality services and support to Queenslanders impacted by Motor Neurone Disease. Your kind gift will assist us to provide:

• MND Advisory Service (information, advice and referrals)
• Equipment - including manual and powered wheelchairs, hospital beds, cough assist machines, communication technology, hoists and much more
• Support Groups - both in-person and online so that anyone can join from across the State
• Voice Banking Clinic - a free service to our client members, capturing their voice so that they can continue to communicate in their own synthetic voice if they should lose the ability to speak
• Life Stories Program - capturing the lives, photos and stories of people with MND and putting them together in book format. A lovely way to keep a person's memory alive and for the person with MND to reflect on a life well lived.
• NDIS pre-planning - a useful service for those who qualify for the NDIS to prepare them and ensure that they get the funding they require for a degenerative condition like MND
• Supporting MND research efforts.
