Volunteer opportunities
  • Peer Support Volunteers: Provide emotional support, companionship, and practical assistance to individuals and families affected by MND. From engaging in heartfelt conversations, social support, helping make a meaningful impact on the quality of life of those they support.

    • Voice banking
  • Fundraising and Events: Help organize and participate in fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives to generate vital funds for MND support services.
  • Community Champion: Help raise awareness about MND, it’s impact and how anyone can support those affected by MND. Educate the wider community about MND, and attend community events, schools, universities, expos to engage with people and share information.
  • Administration and Office Support: Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, data entry, taking calls, organisational needs, and other office-based responsibilities.
  • Skilled Volunteer Program: If you have specific skills, such as graphic design, social media management, etc. you might contribute by offering your professional services to the organisation.
  • Research and Resource Support: Assist with data collection – literature, findings, notes, travel info, accessibility, analysis, and administrative tasks for research projects related to MND.
  • Equipment Hire and Delivery Volunteer: Assist with delivery – loading and unloading, stock control, equipment inventory, assist with duties in the warehousing, and basic mechanical skills.
