Pro Hart one of Australia’s’ most famous artist’s, known as the peoples Artist’s he believed “anyone can do art”. Now is your chance to give art a go and help raise awareness about a disease many have not heard of Motor Neurone Disease (MND).

Families living with MND need lots of support and community acceptance by being part of PRO ART you will be helping.

 

TEACHERS >> GET YOUR SCHOOL INVOLVED IN PRO ART 2011

PRO ART is an awareness campaign dedicated to bringing the arts to young artists and bringing their artwork to the public’s attention. MNDAQ is pleased to invite your students to be part of PRO ART. PRO ART is designed to encourage young artists to ‘give art a go’, whilst raising the awareness of Motor Neurone Disease (MND) a progressive and fatal condition. The late Australian art icon, Kevin ‘Pro’ Hart, was diagnosed with MND in December 2005 and passed away three months later.

The Hart family has endorsed the PRO ART campaign. Students are encouraged to take inspiration from an original Pro Hart painting —adapting and creating their interpretation in their chosen medium and style.

NB. All entries to the PRO Art awareness are free. We do ask if you will consider encouraging students to purchase a PRO ART lapel pin for $3.00.
